Can you get food for your organisation?

We support a wide variety of organisations with their food needs, from homeless charities to primary school Breakfast Clubs,  lunch clubs for the elderly to food banks giving out emergency food supplies.

Our aim is to see an end to hunger and food waste across Sussex and Surrey and to make sure good food is put to good use.

How do we sign up?

You will need to complete an application form. We will then get in touch to have a chat and see if your organisation fits. We will then complete a check at your kitchen or food storage facility. 

Is there a charge to my organisation?

Yes, we do charge a monthly fee to help cover our costs. 

If you are looking for a free alternative, FareShare Go offers a collection service on a less regular basis.

Can you guarantee which foods we will get?

Due to the nature of surplus food, we dont always know what will be in the warehouse. You will recieve a list of all items to be delivered the day before your delivery – so you can plan ahead.

Where does the food come from?

The food we provide can be fresh, chilled or frozen. It has been given to us as surplus directly from food companies. It is stored at our warehouses in Guildford and Brighton before being delivered or collected
