It’s an exciting time to join the fight against food waste and hunger as we expand to cover Sussex and Surrey. Our Operations team is highly ambitious, we are on a trajectory to grow in the years ahead and this role plays a crucial role in providing support to this expansion.
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service is a vital opportunity to help support our expansion and help us increase our impact locally. Your work will make sure that quality surplus food is helping feed people in need.
Based in our Brighton Warehouse with jobs such as assisting with stock control, managing deliveries in and out, and effective record keeping. This will include occasionally driving our delivery vans to our community partners.
This is a full-time, fixed term role with the potential to extend the contract. You will be part of a skilled, supportive team within an empowering, values-led organisation that creates opportunities to learn and is focused on the wellbeing of its staff.
Are you in good physical health with good communication and interpersonal skills? Are you able to work with our incredible team of volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse operation?
