FareShare Sussex & Surrey is expanding and developing our Employability Programme and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our impactful employability initiatives across our Guildford and Brighton sites.

In this role, you will design, implement, and refine our Employability Programme that provides holistic support, including work experience, training, and one-on-one coaching. Your efforts will help people far from the labour market gain the skills and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment.

As the Employability Programme Manager, you will manage an Employability Coordinator and work closely with local businesses, educational institutions, and community partners to create a supportive and effective employability pathway. You will be responsible for recruiting participants, maintaining a caseload of trainees, and ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes.

Bringing your sparkling personality you will make a strong contribution to our culture of togetherness, inclusivity, respect, and passion in our mission to see no good food going to waste in Sussex and Surrey.

We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, so if you like the look of this role and even if your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with everything in the job description, we would still like to hear from you! You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
