We are seeking a dynamic Employability Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging employability and skills-based training, mentor trainees, and monitor their progress towards finding employment, education or training. You’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals on their journey to sustainable employment, ensuring they receive personalised guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coaching and training sessions to groups and provide one-on-one mentoring.
- Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and manage individual learning plans.
- Motivate and engage trainees, helping them build confidence and essential employability skills.
- Collaborate with the Employability Programme Manager and FareShare team to achieve project targets.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor support to individual needs.
